Md. Badiuzzaman (Tuhin), Noakhali Correspondent: The newly elected committee of the Chairman's Association of Noakhali Begumganj Upazila has been formed. On September 20, through the direct vote of the chairmen of 16 unions in the Upazila Parishad, the president of the association, the repeatedly elected chairman of 11th Durgapur Union, Abed Saiful Kalam, was elected as the president, the two-time popular chairman of 16th Kadirpur Union, Salah Uddin, was elected as the general secretary and treasurer, and the chairman of 13th Rasulpur UP, Abdur Rashid, was elected as the general secretary and treasurer. Three accused in the case of severely beating four children who entered a sugarcane field while playing in Lakshmipur have been sent to jail. Police have arrested two thieves with two stolen motorcycles in Lakshmipur. They were sent to jail through a court today (September 21) afternoon. Earlier, on Tuesday (September 20) night, Daserhat outpost police under Chandraganj police station arrested them from Daserhat Paschim Bazar in Charshahi Union of Sadar Upazila. The arrested are Md.
